  • Participate in jobsite meetings, inspections, and project walks
  • Track deficiencies and corrective actions
  • Identify potential schedule, cost, quality, and procurement issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records
  • Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6
  • Understanding of construction accounting, cost tracking, and project financials
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple project stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

  • Multifamily or mixed-use construction
  • Podium construction
  • Large-scale residential or commercial construction
  • Modular or off-site construction
  • Preconstruction and estimating
  • Project scheduling and controls
  • Construction accounting and cost management

Benefits

  • $100,000–$120,000 salary
  • Major medical insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Exposure to innovative modular and off-site construction methods
