We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduler / Dispatcher to serve as the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and operations team. In this role, you will coordinate service schedules, dispatch plumbing technicians, arrange required plumbing tests and inspections, obtain permits, and maintain accurate customer records. Your ability to keep operations running efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service will be key to your success.

Requirements : 

• Must have previous administrative, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or coordinator experience
• Must have strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone etiquette and professional customer service skills
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
